EA series commercial angle-type air cooler is designed with compact structure, blowing motor, of which the fans are
installed on the beveled surface; it is compact to make better use of the space in cold stores, which is mainly used for
those smallsized cold stores with small storage spaces.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
1. Enclosure: Made of aluminum magnesium plate sprayed with powder coating(silver gray RAL9006), lightweight;
2. The side sheet of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the weight;
3. Double water tray design: The outer water tray is designed with hinge structure, which is convenient for operation; the
inner water tray is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the condensed water or defrost water is
directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray through the inner water tray;
4. Coil: Tube spacing 38.1 X33 in triangle arrangement, with high heat exchange efficiency;
5. Corugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm and 6.0mm to meet
the requirements of different cold stores;
6. Fan; External rotor fan with blowing air,operating temperature:-30-60°C,fan specification: b300, and quantity of
fans: 1-4 units;
7. Defrosting: The electric defrosting is adopted in the standard manner, and the stalnless steel heating tubes are
distributed in the coilfins and the inner water tray, which can bring about desirable defrosting effect;
8. The lp65 waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors are used, with better waterproofing;the fan and the
heating pipe are vwired separately, which can lead to high reliability,
9. The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for users to test the pressure;
10. It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
11. Theexpansion valves and other parts can be pre-installed according to customer's needs;
12. It is compatible with R404A,R507A,R448A, R449A,R134a, R22 and otherrefrigerants.
